General Psychology.
While the psychology in general is very vast, we won’t focus on all it, but on the basics, and problems that affect people the most such as; Panic Attacks, Stress, Depression, Anxiety, Sleeping Problems, Bipolar Disorder, PTSD, Drugs, Alcohol, Domestic Violence, Anger, Jealousy, Bullying, Suicidal Thoughts, and to mentioned the well-known, Lust, Gluttony, Greed, Sloth, Wrath, Envy, Pride. That affect Kids, Youth, Adults and the Elderly.
Cognitive Symptoms:
- Memory problems
- Inability to concentrate
- Poor judgment
- Seeing only the negative
- Anxious or racing thoughts
- Constant worrying
Emotional Symptoms
- Moodiness
- Irritability or short temper
- Agitation, inability to relax

Behavioral Symptoms

- Isolating yourself from others
- Procrastinating or neglecting responsibilities
- Using alcohol, cigarettes, or drugs to relax
- Nervous habits (e.g. nail biting, pacing)
